Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags attached

• Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or use may be denied

How to Start a Return

• Returns are initiated directly through our online return system

• No need to contact customer support to begin a return

• Once a return shipping label is created, the return is officially initiated

Refund Process

• Refunds begin processing once the return shipping label is generated

• Final refund approval is subject to inspection of the returned item

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days after item receipt for processing

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• If the return is due to a defect, damage, or fulfillment error, return shipping will be covered by We Robbin’ Hell Inc
